What are Fenugreek benefits?

Fenugreek, also known scientifically as Trigonella Foenum-graecum, is a popular plant in Arab regions and India, and is traditionally used to increase libido by up to 25%, as well as to alleviate blood sugar metabolism problems such as diabetes, or increase milk production for new mothers.
