Peruvian Maca is a native root from Peru. It has a very high nutritional value and phytochemical content. It is usually turned into a dry powder, which is then added to smoothies and other beverages. What are Maca benefits?

Maca, also known as Peruvian ginseng and scientifically as Lepidium meyenii, is a plant belonging to the Brassicaceae family, historically cultivated in Peru, mainly in the central Andes region, in harsh conditions and at very high altitudes – above 13,000 feet (4,000 meters).
